Kate has over 10 years’ experience working across the public and private sectors on planning, engagement and delivery of complex urban regeneration projects, strategies and climate change response programmes.

Gavin is an ARB Chartered Architect with 5-years PQE. He has considerable expertise across a multitude of sectors, scales and budgets, including commercial, residential, tourism and placemaking.

Clare is an ARB & RIBA Chartered Architect. She has vast experience in leading a design team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bridging the gap between design and delivery.

Sarah leads a range of projects with research and engagement, discovering the local needs and transforming them into exciting projects for the regeneration of communities.

Greg is an artist and designer who has experience across architecture, digital visualisation, animation and traditional illustration. His ability to animate proposals at each stage of the design process is an integral feature of our creative process.
